There's no rhetoric here. Our Datacenter-based Proactive Monitoring System utilizes VPN technology to query devices on your network for information on a regular basis. An alarm is triggered when a major system event occurs on one of your PCs, Servers, or Firewalls and an email is sent out with details of the event to your support representative, our technial support team, and your company's IT contact. Optionally, When the problem is resolved, an alert email can be sent again to inform you that the problem has been cleared. In addition to proactively addressing these alerts as they come in, we also connect to each and every one of your devices once per month to ensure they are up to date and performing optimally.

The Proactive IT Datacenter Facility provides a Fail-Safe place for your data and Information Systems and delivers information to your systems as fast as they can download it.The backbone of our hosting network consists of multiple Gig-E Uplinks on a fully redundant Cisco BGP4 Network. The facility has over 100 ton cooling capacity. In the event of power failure alll systems are protected by UPS for just a few seconds before being automatically switched to a redundant diesel generator system with over 2000 gallons of emergency standby fuel. The facility is protected 24hrs a day by an on-site guard and digital security cameras and security is further enhanced by the requirement of a two-factor RFID badge/PIN code authentication at various entrances within the building.
